Bulldogs,
To finish out Mental Health Awareness Month, we want you to know that summer break is the perfect time to recharge, but it’s easy for your mental health to slide when you lose your daily routine. To keep feeling your best, try to maintain a loose schedule—including waking up at a consistent time and getting some sunlight early in the day. This works wonders for your mood. Make time for the things that bring you genuine joy, whether that’s diving into a passion project, moving your body, or just chilling with friends face-to-face instead of just scrolling past their stories. Most importantly, give yourself permission to truly rest and reset to be ready for the next school year. To summarize: get outside, hang with people, limit phone time and find your joy!
